Our after builders cleaning is the final stage, after all trades have finished, building waste has been cleared and furniture is in place. We remove remaining dust, fingerprints and suitable light marks from the agreed interior surfaces. We do not remove bricks, rubble, heavy plaster or building waste.

What should I send for a cleaning quote?

Please send your floor plan with dimensions, current photos or a walkthrough video, the property postcode and preferred cleaning date. Include any access details that affect the work. We review the condition and confirm the included areas and price before booking.

When should I book the clean?

Book once all building and decorating work is finished, building waste has been removed and the furniture is in place. We provide one service: a final sparkle clean of the completed interior. See what is included.
